Nadia
Kentera - (MMEA, PCODIR, BBTM) Director
With over 13 years of experience in the meetings and conventions industry, Nadia
has successfully project managed all aspects of conferences, incentives and special events.
Nadia's skills
cover establishing the viability of events; creating event concepts; bidding and tendering; critical path planning; strategic
marketing and promotional strategies; pricing, sponsorship sourcing; marquee theming and exhibition design; staging and performance;
risk management; financial management; legal aspects of event operations; and event evaluation. Prior to establishing Kentera Events, Nadia worked for an events and marketing agency where she executed
large scale events in the food and beverage, finance and pharmaceutical industries including the Schweppes PGA held at the
Hyatt Regency Coolum, QLD.
Nadia has extensive knowledge in Association Management, working for 7 years in one
of Melbourne's leading Finance Association's as the Events and Business Development Manager.
Nadia was
awarded the Young Industry Professional Award by the Meetings Events Association (MEA) in 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Business
in Tourism Management (BBTM).

Melanie Miller Events Assistant

Melanie has successfully completed a triple diploma in Event Management, Business and Tourism at Holmesglen Institute
of Tafe. Having been employed at Kentera Events since June 2008, Melanie has had the opportunity to assist in the planning
and implementation of a variety of conferences
and incentives across a range of sectors.
During her study her dedication to the industry has been well complimented with the additional training she received
in technology, customer service, safety, finance, marketing, budgeting and team management and performance.
Her passion for singing and
entertaining has enabled Melanie to showcase her ability to remain focused and confident no matter what environment she finds
herself in.
